sultaan hovaa mel laskar takhat raakhaa paau.
hukam haasal karee baiṭhaa naanakaa sabh vaau.

Think of this transliteration too and follow if you are committed to keep the originality of the Sikh Scripture for which the common readers are not caring for. This is based on the fundamental principles of writing gurabaanee in English script.
sulataanu hovaa meli lasakar takhati raakhaa paa-u.
hukamu haasalu karee baiţhaa naanakaa sabh vaa-u.
Note 1: If you transliterate back into gurabaanee it will be same as written in the Scripture. It is a perfect method of dealing with transliteration of gurabaanee.
Note2: The pattern of writing naanakaa, laskar and sultaan by you is not uniform i. e. sk should be sak and lt should be lat as you used in naanakaa (not naankaa).
Note3: you are missing actual vowel sounds used at the end of the words thus changing the forms of the compositions of the writers.
